Mr. Walker’s class explored the Greek myth Arachne the Weaver while learning lessons about humility and creativity. Students discussed new vocabulary, turned and talked with partners to share ideas, and even got to see a real loom to connect the story to real life. They wrapped up the lesson by writing about the story’s message—bringing reading, writing, and rich discussion together!
