The United South Central Board of Education met Tuesday, August 18, at the Walters Fire Hall for its regularly scheduled meeting. During the meeting, new junior student representative Kylee Koziolek recited the ceremonial oath of office, officially beginning her service as a student representative on the school board. The board interviewed three strong candidates for the position in late May, with Koziolek ultimately selected for the role. She will serve alongside Garrett Lau, who continues as the district’s other student school board representative.
