The Junior High Knowledge Bowl kids were even more competitive for our second meet of the season! We came back with these team scores:
Peacock Blue: 24th with an overall score of 46
Shamrock: 22nd with an overall score of 48
Cornflower: 21st with an overall score of 49
Razzmatazzlers: 3rd with an overall score of 73, taking home some hardware!
Our next meet will give the kids a nice long break, being on November 21st. Below are some pictures!
Students in Mrs. Seedorf's room practicing putting the months of the year in the correct order and recognizing the correct measurements when using teaspoons and tablespoons.
Nadia, Tegan and Natalie tried a mug recipe called Brownies in a Mug. They practiced leveling cocoa and flour, stirring the wet ingredients and using the microwave. The dessert was simple and very sweet!

USC track athletes, the track coaches wanted to make you aware of this upcoming track and field camp opportunity in December at Bethany Lutheran College. You can attend one or more sessions if you desire. There is even sessions for elementary students if they want to start learning about track. The cost for each session is located on the flier. If you have questions, come see Mrs. C, Mr. McCue, Mr. Scruggs, or Mrs. Bullerman.
Students in Life Skills class are preparing vegetables to enjoy. They are working on their skills of using vegetable peelers and knives.
