The Minnesota Valley Action Council Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is now available until May 31, 2026. If you are currently having or believe you may have difficulty paying your energy bills in the future, please take a look at this program.
The Energy Assistance Program provides a grant for income-eligible households assistance to help defray some of these costs. This leaves more of your family resources available for other expenses. MVAC can also help households who are in crisis situations with disconnect notices or when they are out of heating fuel.
To get an application:
Call 507-345-6822 or (800) 767-7139 to request one sent to you or go to
www.mnvac.org. Click on the Heating link to print apps or to apply online or stop by the school to pick up an application from one of the Social Work or the Counseling Office.
To return an application you can drop it off at the MVAC Office or
mail it - 706 N Victory Drive, Mankato, MN 56001 email it to EAP@MNVAC.org

United South Central Schools will hold our annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11th at 9:00 a.m. in the high school gymnasium.
We invite community members, families, and local veterans to join us as we honor and thank all who have served our country.
